Replaced my ball joints (still under warranty, started failing after just one year and these are supposed to be some of the best around, Teraflex) and while I was there was able to appreciate some fine specimens.

As you can tell, this is where you go when you want 4x4 work done.

I’ve never noticed 4 latches on a CJ hood but apparently it’s not all that unusual.

The FJ was in for a variety of improvements: power steering, music system, etc. Gorgeous. The owner got some grief over painting the roof that color but I think it’s great.

Nice. I took my ST to a specialty Ford shop and they had a Cobra Jet, SVT lightning and a GT350 there.  I knew I was in good hands

It took me 2 years to find someone I could rely on for my Jeep . Really glad he’s around.

One year, huh? Had a similar experience with whatever ball-joints AutoZone used to offer (they sell better ones now, thankfully ). I don’t know how bad the joints themselves actually were, but I fou nd the dust boots cracking after about one year on the car. Bad design. I guess they switched suppliers or something since then.
